- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, or related field preferred
- Minimum 1 2 years of experience in Call Center, Customer Service, or Reception role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment

Qualifications & Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast paced environment.
