- Manage the company's social media accounts across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content based on the marketing strategy
- Monitor the latest social media trends and develop creative content ideas
- Write compelling captions and social media copy
- Coordinate with the photography and media production team to produce high quality content
- Monitor comments and messages and respond professionally when required
- Analyze account performance and prepare regular reports
- Support digital marketing campaigns and brand awareness initiatives
- Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand identity
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and current trends
- Excellent communication and content writing skills
- Experience in content planning and scheduling
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Express, or similar design tools is an advantage
- Experience with Meta Ads or TikTok Ads is preferred
