Responsibilities
- Manage inbound logistics from forecasts to material availability
- Coordinate production planning and capacity analysis
- Monitor inventory levels and month end reports
- Design and implement plant warehousing strategies
- Manage outbound logistics including warehousing and transportation
- Negotiate rates with carriers and vendors
- Develop and review logistics procedures, SOPs, and KPIs
- Ensure 5S system is in place
Requirements
- Experience in inbound, operational, and outbound logistics management
- Knowledge of production planning and capacity analysis
- Proficiency in Oracle and ALPLA Prod systems
- Experience with warehousing strategies and inventory processes
- Ability to negotiate rates with carriers and vendors
- Familiarity with 5S system

Job Responsibilities
- Management of all inbound logistics activities
- Manages process from forecasts to material availability
- Analyses forecasts vs. call offs/orders and evaluates related impacts
- Responsible for production planning and capacity analysis arrangements
- Coordinates and defines appropriate inventory levels for all materials
- Monitors input of daily figures and analyses month end reports
- Manages sustainable material flow and availability
- Manages and monitors correct data of all logistics activities in ALPLA Prod and Oracle
- Manages material handling equipment for moving, loading and unloading
- Design or implement plant warehousing strategies for production materials or finished products
- Responsible for inventory processes and accuracy
- Ensures stable and rigid planning processes are in place
