About the Role

Responsibilities
- Maintain supplier records and purchasing database up to date
- Track purchase orders and update order management systems regularly
- Highlight risks of price increase or material shortage
- Update price matrix monthly and maintain at least 3 suppliers per critical item
- Develop payment terms with suppliers and reduce cash purchases
- Lead procurement group, negotiate prices, terms, and conditions
- Report department KPIs and analyze deviations from targets
- Report supplier evaluation and keep records
- Follow up on audit action plans and close open items on time
- Responsible for production planning including sampling and maintenance activities
- Optimize production and equipment scheduling to reduce changeovers

- Maintain tracking records of all POs and update OMs in regular basis.
- Maintain proper system to track goods & services POs to be delivered on time.
- Highlight the risk of price increase in any material.
- Highlight the risk of shortage in any material due to supplier issues.
- Update the price matrix on monthly basis.
- Make sure to maintain 3 suppliers for every item impacting the customer supply.
- Develop payment terms with suppliers and reduce the cash purchase.
- Improve the response time to buy the goods and services requested by the functional departments and approved by OMs.
- Reduce the gap between the PSR / PO/ RIR process.
- Lead the procurement group in all phases
