About the Role
ALPLA is hiring a Key Account Executive to manage customer accounts and drive sales in Saudi Arabia. You will handle daily sales operations, build relationships, and achieve targets.

- Develop and achieve sales targets for assigned accounts
- Handle daily sales operations including updating CRM
- Build relationships through regular customer visits
- Ensure accountability on agreements, contracts, and SLAs
- Assist in generating new business opportunities through pricing and quotations
- Lead monthly forecasting for assigned customers
- Participate in tenders and RFQs
- Update price lists quarterly and annually
Requirements
- College degree in related field
- 2+ years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably B2B sales in manufacturing
- Excellent relationship building and communication skills in English
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Highly self motivated and self driven

Main Tasks & Responsibilities
- Responsible for the development and achievement of related sales targets for the accounts under his/her responsibility.
- Acts as the owner for the related accounts handling all related daily sales related operations, including updating the Sales CRM.
- Build relationships by ensuring a reasonable amount of f2f visits to customer sites.
- Ensure accountability internally and externally on all agreements, contracts, SLA's etc monitored by a quarterly business review meeting with customer.
- Assist in generating new business opportunities through supporting in pricing and business plans/quotations.
- Leads monthly forecasting cycle for assigned customers and responsible to obtain and review relevant data from customers.
- Acts as the key interface between assigned customers and all relevant internal divisions in order to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations.
- Participates in tenders/RFQs and follow up actions (prices, offers, negotiations, project follow ups).
- Update quarterly and annually price lists for assigned customers.
- Meets assigned target budget for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
- Proactively assesses, clarifies and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis. Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs.
Qualifications
- College Degree in related field, Master's degree is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in sales or customer service preferably in B2B sales /within manufacturing industry and preferable plastic packaging.
- Excellent relationship building skills and communication skills in English. Arabic and French is a plus.
- Knowledge in MS office (Excel, Word, Power Point).
- Has analytical and problem solving skills.
- Highly self motivated and self driven.
- Enthusiasm for a demanding industrial product and technical understanding.
- Strong team player.
- High level of energy.
- It is required to act in a safe and environmentally responsible manner at all times by adhering to all ALPLA policies and procedures and Safety Standards.
