About the Role
Client of ALPLA seeks a Key Account Executive to manage sales targets, build customer relationships, and handle daily sales operations for assigned accounts. The role requires experience in sales account management and the ability to lead forecasting and tender participation.

Responsibilities
- Develop and achieve sales targets for assigned accounts
- Handle daily sales operations including updating the Sales CRM
- Build relationships through regular face to face visits to customer sites
- Ensure accountability on agreements, contracts, and SLAs via quarterly business reviews
- Assist in generating new business opportunities through pricing and business plans
- Lead monthly forecasting cycle for assigned customers
- Act as key interface between customers and internal divisions
- Participate in tenders/RFQs and follow up on prices, offers, negotiations
- Update quarterly and annual price lists for assigned customers
- Meet assigned target budget for profitable sales volume
Requirements
- Experience in sales account management and achieving sales targets
- Ability to build relationships and conduct face to face customer visits
- Experience with sales CRM and forecasting
- Strong communication and negotiation skills

Main Tasks & Responsibilities
- Responsible for the development and achievement of related sales targets for the accounts under his/her responsibility.
- Acts as the owner for the related accounts handling all related daily sales related operations, including updating the Sales CRM.
- Build relationships by ensuring a reasonable amount of f2f visits to customer sites.
- Ensure accountability internally and externally on all agreements, contracts, SLA's etc monitored by a quarterly business review meeting with customer.
- Assist in generating new business opportunities through supporting in pricing and business plans/quotations.
- Leads monthly forecasting cycle for assigned customers and responsible to obtain and review relevant data from customers.
- Acts as the key interface between assigned customers and all relevant internal divisions in order to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations.
- Participates in tenders/RFQs and follow up actions (prices, offers, negotiations, project follow ups )
- Update quarterly and annually price lists for assigned customers.
- Meets assigned target budget for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
- Proactively assesses, clarifies and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis. Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs.
