Main Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the development and achievement of related sales targets for the accounts under his/her responsibility.
  • Acts as the owner for the related accounts handling all related daily sales related operations, including updating the Sales CRM.
  • Build relationships by ensuring a reasonable amount of f2f visits to customer sites.
  • Ensure accountability internally and externally on all agreements, contracts, SLA's etc monitored by a quarterly business review meeting with customer.
  • Assist in generating new business opportunities through supporting in pricing and business plans/quotations.
  • Leads monthly forecasting cycle for assigned customers and responsible to obtain and review relevant data from customers.
  • Acts as the key interface between assigned customers and all relevant internal divisions in order to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations.
  • Participates in tenders/RFQs and follow up actions (prices, offers, negotiations, project follow ups )
  • Update quarterly and annually price lists for assigned customers.
  • Meets assigned target budget for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis. Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs.
