About the Role
The Floorist seeks an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Executive with 4-5 years of UAE experience to manage warehouse operations, inventory, and logistics for a flooring business.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, stock movement, and dispatch of flooring materials
- Ensure proper storage and handling of products to prevent damage and maintain quality standards
- Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Supervise loading and unloading activities and ensure timely execution
- Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records
- Conduct regular stock counts and periodic inventory audits
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to ensure adequate stock availability
- Plan and coordinate deliveries to customers, project sites, and branches
- Liaise with transport providers and drivers to ensure timely and cost effective deliveries
- Track shipments and resolve delivery related issues
- Prepare and maintain delivery notes, goods receipt notes, stock transfer records, and other logistics documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 4 5 years of UAE experience in warehouse and logistics operations
- Experience in flooring, building materials, construction materials, interiors, or related industries preferred
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse procedures
- Experience coordinating deliveries across the UAE
- Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Good understanding of warehouse safety standards and logistics documentation
- Strong organizational, problem solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple operational activities simultaneously
- Valid UAE driving license is an added advantage

Compensation
- Salary: AED 4,500 AED 5,000 per month
