- Prepare parquet and wooden flooring surfaces for staining and finishing.
- Mix stains, pigments, and colors accurately according to specifications and samples.
- Create custom colors and shades by measuring and blending different stain components.
- Apply stains, paints, sealers, and protective coatings to wooden flooring.
- Match existing wood colors and finishes for repair and restoration projects.
- Understand wood grain characteristics and how different wood species react to stains.
- Perform color testing and sample preparation before final application.
- Calculate material quantities and measurements required for each project.
- Sand, clean, and prepare surfaces to ensure proper stain absorption and finish quality.
- Inspect completed work to ensure consistency, color accuracy, and quality standards.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment.
- Follow safety procedures and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in parquet wood flooring staining, painting, and finishing
- Strong knowledge of wood stains, pigments, sealers, varnishes, and finishing products
- Proven experience in color measurement, color matching, and custom color creation
- Ability to understand color ratios and mix stains accurately to achieve desired shades
- Experience with parquet flooring restoration, refinishing, and staining techniques

Pay
