About the Role
The Floorist is hiring a Junior Accountant with 2-3 years accounting experience, preferably in interior fit-out or construction. The role includes AP/AR, bank reconciliation, VAT compliance, payroll support, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities
- Assist in day to day accounting activities including journal entries, vouchers, and ledger posting
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Prepare and process supplier payments and follow up on outstanding receivables
- Reconcile bank statements, petty cash, and supplier/customer accounts
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and management reports
- Support payroll processing by coordinating with HR for attendance, leave, and deductions
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of invoices, LPOs, contracts, and payment records
- Assist in VAT calculation, filing preparation, and compliance as per UAE regulations
- Coordinate with auditors and provide required documents during audit
- Monitor project related expenses and support cost tracking for ongoing projects
- Ensure all accounting records are accurate and updated in the system
Requirements
- 2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in interior fit out, construction, or contracting companies
- UAE experience is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proficient in accounting software (Tally, Dynamics 365, QuickBooks, or ERP systems)
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
- Good communication skills in English (Hindi/Urdu is an advantage)

Pay
- AED 3,000.00 AED 3,500.00 per month
