WAREHOUSE KEEPER

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS Duties include but are not limited to RM RELATED TASKS  Receive RM/ORM Requisitions Forms from Production Team Leader and verify its physical availability and storage location (Internal Warehouse or External Warehouse).  Upon verifying requested RM/ORM availability, pass the RM/ORM Requisition Form to the Fork-lift driver in order to arrange all requested Material in one designated place.  Tally the arranged Material against the Requisition Form and coordinate with Fork-lift driver in case of any discrepancies.  Once RM/ORM Requisition Form is approved by the Material Feeder, issue the requested Material on the ERP system.  Oversee Waste segregation and baling activities to ensure they are properly carried out by the balers.  Daily receive the Waste from the plant through the “Daily Received Waste from Plant Form”, weigh each pallet in presence of one Production representative, mark the weight on its label, and update Waste figures on the ERP system according to the Waste category (Clear, Colored, Milky).  Prepare Waste Delivery Note and relay it to the Warehouse Management for approval in order to ensure adequate transaction.  Upon receiving RM/ORM shipment, collect the Packing List from Truck Driver, cross-check shipment quantity against it and Inspect Truck Hygiene thru Vehicle Inspection Sheet Once shipment quantity is verified and shipment’s quality is approved by QC, sign the original Packing List to be returned with the Truck Driver, and update Material stock in ERP accordingly, after seeking Warehouses management’s approval on related Packing List.  Carry-out weekly and monthly Inventory tasks, based on Warehouse management instructions in order to ensure the physical count of all Warehouses components, and relay Inventory report to the Warehouse management.
