Responsibilities
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in day to day recruitment activities
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates based on job requirements
- Coordinate and schedule interviews while maintaining communication with candidates and stakeholders
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records
- Prepare and update recruitment reports and trackers
- Provide recruitment support to various business units across the organization
- Contribute to enhancing the candidate experience and strengthening the employer brand
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to recruitment and talent acquisition
Requirements
- Saudi nationals only
- Eligible for the HRDF Tamheer Program
- 0 2 years of experience
- Very good command of English, both written and spoken
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle recruitment requests from various business units

Requirements
