Requirements

  • Saudi nationals only.
  • Eligible for the HRDF Tamheer Program.
  • 0 2 years of experience.
  • Very good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle recruitment requests and requirements from various business units.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Support the Talent Acquisition team in day to day recruitment activities.
  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates based on job requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews while maintaining communication with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
  • Prepare and update recruitment reports and trackers.
  • Provide recruitment support to various business units across the organization.
  • Contribute to enhancing the candidate experience and strengthening the employer brand.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to recruitment and talent acquisition.
