- Receive and inspect all spare parts based on Purchase Orders and update ERP system
- Report damaged or out of spec spare parts to appropriate officer
- Issue spare parts based on Parts and Service Requisition Form and update ERP system
- Conduct yearly physical store inventory and relay file to Accounts
- Prepare Packing Slip based on Invoice & delivery details
- Maintain proper 5S conditions inside the Store

Job Responsibilities & Tasks
- Receive and inspect all spare parts based on Purchase Orders and update ERP system accordingly
- Report damaged or out of specs Local spare parts to CBU and foreign ones to Purchasing officer
- Issue spare parts based on Parts and Service Requisition Form and update ERP system
- Conduct yearly physical Store Inventory and relay file to Accounts for tallying
- Prepare Packing Slip based on Invoice & delivery details
- Maintain proper 5S conditions inside the Store
