Role Overview
The employer is seeking a responsible and organized Warehouse Keeper.
The role manages receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining inventory.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
- Organize and store materials, equipment, supplies, and other inventory systematically.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure sufficient stock availability for operations.
- Conduct physical stock counts and reconcile quantities with inventory records.
- Prepare and issue materials and supplies based on approved requests.
- Document stock movements, transfers, and returns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Update inventory records using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, or inventory management systems.
- Prepare inventory reports, stock reports, and other warehouse-related reports.
- Coordinate with procurement and operations teams on stock requirements and replenishment.
- Assist with loading, unloading, delivery, collection, and transportation of goods between company locations.
Qualifications and Experience
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Additional qualifications in warehouse management or logistics are advantageous.
