Role Overview
The Recruitment Officer manages the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying manpower requirements and sourcing candidates through interviews, offers, and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment for assigned vacancies across departments and locations.
- Coordinate with department heads and hiring managers on manpower requirements and job specifications.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen CVs and shortlist candidates.
- Conduct telephone, video, and face-to-face interviews.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates and support a positive candidate experience.
- Coordinate tests, assessments, reference checks, and other pre-employment requirements.
- Prepare recruitment reports and provide management updates.
- Coordinate required employee documentation, visa processing, and onboarding.
- Prepare offer letters and support salary discussions within approved guidelines.
- Maintain confidential candidate records, recruitment trackers, timelines, and hiring targets.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- At least two years of recruitment experience in the UAE is mandatory.
- Proven experience handling the full recruitment cycle.
- Strong knowledge of UAE recruitment channels and the local talent market.
- Experience with high-volume recruitment is preferred.
- Familiarity with UAE visa and onboarding processes.
- Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and employment practices is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills.
Pay
- The stated pay is AED 3,500–AED 4,000 per month.
Work Location
- The role is performed in person.
