Major Purpose
Provide a warm and welcoming experience for guests upon arrival at the family entertainment venue.
Manage the sock station, stroller area, venue entry procedures, and safekeeping of guest belongings.
Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient guest entry experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide professional assistance upon arrival.
- Issue, sell, and monitor socks according to company policies.
- Enforce the no-shoes policy and assist with stroller parking.
- Guide guests through entry procedures and answer questions about venue rules.
- Keep the entrance area clean, organized, and safe.
- Assist with crowd flow during peak operating hours.
- Coordinate with Reception, Guest Experience, Security, and Operations teams.
- Report guest concerns, lost and found items, and unusual incidents to the Manager.
- Follow entry policies, safety procedures, and operational guidelines.
- Replenish socks and other front desk supplies as required.
- Support other operational duties and participate in required training.
- Maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance.
