Role Overview
The Experience Host creates safe, engaging, and memorable experiences for guests by operating and supervising attractions.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise and operate assigned attractions while ensuring guest safety.
- Monitor children's play activities and enforce attraction rules and safety procedures.
- Assist guests with attraction usage and provide clear instructions.
- Deliver excellent customer service in a fun and welcoming environment.
- Support advanced attractions requiring additional experience or technical knowledge.
- Perform face painting, balloon art, mascot appearances, or character interactions when assigned.
- Provide first aid assistance when required and report incidents according to company procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of attraction areas.
- Conduct routine safety checks and report maintenance or safety concerns immediately.
- Assist with birthday parties, school trips, camps, and other events.
- Support crowd management and smooth guest flow during busy periods.
- Coordinate with Events, Operations, and Guest Experience teams and participate in required training.
Educational Qualification and Experience
- A secondary or high school qualification is required.
- At least two years of experience is required in a family entertainment center, amusement park, children's play facility, hospitality, or similar customer service environment.
- Experience operating attractions or recreational equipment is preferred.
- Face painting, balloon twisting, mascot or character performance, or children's entertainment skills are highly desirable.
- First aid, childcare, child safeguarding, or recreational activity certifications are advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with children and families are required.
Workplace and Pay
- Work location is in person.
- Pay is AED 3,000 to AED 3,200 per month.
