Job Summary
A Warehouse Helper supports daily warehouse operations by receiving, storing, organizing, packing, and dispatching goods efficiently and safely.
The role helps maintain inventory accuracy and ensures smooth material handling within the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload deliveries, containers, and trucks.
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials properly.
- Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Arrange and organize stock in designated storage areas.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the warehouse.
- Assist with inventory counting and stock checking.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment and tools safely.
- Follow company procedures and health & safety regulations.
- Report damaged items, shortages, or safety issues to supervisors.
- Support other warehouse staff and supervisors as required.
Requirements & Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or labor experience is an advantage.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items safely.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations.
- Good physical fitness and stamina.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work shifts, overtime, or weekends if needed.
