Responsibilities
- Handle daily office administration
- Coordinate with clients and candidates
- Manage documents, emails, and reports
- Support recruitment and operations team
- Maintain records and database updates
- Source and screen candidates for various positions
- Conduct interviews and shortlist suitable applicants
- Manage job postings and candidate database
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process
Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Office and email handling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Recruitment or office admin experience preferred
- Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines
- Knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques
