Responsibilities
- Operate buses safely and efficiently according to assigned routes and company policies
- Transport passengers to destinations on time while ensuring comfort and safety
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections before and after trips
- Ensure the bus is clean, roadworthy, and properly maintained
- Follow UAE traffic laws and road safety regulations at all times
- Assist passengers during boarding and disembarking when required
- Maintain accurate trip logs, fuel records, and daily reports
- Report accidents, breakdowns, delays, or maintenance issues immediately
- Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams regarding schedules and route changes
- Handle passenger inquiries professionally and maintain good customer service
- Monitor vehicle documents and ensure registration/permits remain valid
- Respond appropriately during emergencies and follow company safety procedures
Requirements
- Valid UAE Heavy Bus Driving License (Category 6)
- Minimum 2–3 years UAE driving experience (preferred)
- Good knowledge of UAE roads, traffic rules, and GPS navigation
- Ability to communicate in basic English (Arabic/Hindi is an advantage)
- Clean driving record with strong safety awareness
- Physically fit and able to work flexible shifts
- Customer service mindset and professional appearance
