Receive, inspect, record, and store incoming goods in a proper and organized manner within given timelines.
Manage dispatch and shipment activities according to instructions, ensuring smooth movement of goods.
Prepare and maintain all necessary documents for customs clearance, inspections, and internal records.
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and well maintained at all times.
Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient handling of goods and documentation at every stage.
Ensure proper checking of items during receiving and dispatch to avoid errors.
Job Experience Requirements
Secondary school education or equivalent qualification.
Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or a similar role will be an advantage.
Basic knowledge of customs procedures and documentation is preferred.
Ability to use computers and standard office software for daily tasks and record keeping.
Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
Willingness to work in a fast paced environment and collaborate with the team.
Good attention to detail while handling documents and verifying goods.
Physically capable of handling warehouse duties, including lifting and moving items when required.
