Supervise and support daily operations of service staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and meet hospitality standards.
Prepare staff duty schedules and manage shifts to maintain smooth restaurant operations.
Monitor stock levels of food items, beverages, and raw materials, and ensure timely replenishment when required.
Oversee front of house service operations and ensure all team members perform their duties correctly.
Coordinate ordering and collection of drinks, supplies, and other service related items.
Interact with guests to maintain a welcoming environment and ensure high service quality at all times.
Assist staff during busy periods and ensure smooth coordination between team members.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and service standards throughout the restaurant area.
Ensure effective communication between kitchen and service teams for smooth workflow.
Support management in improving service efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Job Experience Requirements
Qualification in hospitality or a related field is required.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar service or supervisory role.
Responsible, dependable, and detail oriented personality.
Strong willingness to work and ability to perform well in a fast paced environment.
Good communication and team management skills.
