Retail Store Operations Supervisor

Oversee daily operations of assigned branches to ensure smooth, efficient, and well organized performance.

Lead and manage branch staff by setting schedules, assigning tasks, and ensuring company policies are properly followed.

Maintain high customer service standards and ensure every customer receives a positive and professional experience.

Monitor stock levels, place orders when required, and carry out regular inventory checks to ensure accurate records.

Implement company procedures and ensure all operational processes are consistently followed at branch level.

Support the execution of internal administrative instructions and ensure compliance across all branch activities.

Work with the team to identify areas of improvement and enhance overall performance and customer satisfaction.

Handle operational issues quickly and ensure daily branch activities remain controlled and well managed.

Ensure proper coordination between departments and smooth execution of daily tasks.

Support reporting and basic documentation of branch performance when required.

Previous experience in a similar managerial or supervisory role is required.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, motivate, and manage a team effectively.

Good understanding of inventory management and retail operations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and perform effectively in a fast paced environment.
