Programming Development Analyst

Design and develop smart automation and digital solutions using AI and modern software technologies to support business objectives.

Analyze existing processes and ongoing workflows to identify opportunities for automation and system improvement.

Collaborate with different departments to understand their requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.

Follow agile development practices to ensure flexible development, faster delivery, and continuous improvement.

Test, implement, and evaluate new tools and technologies to support innovation across the organization.

Analyze system performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and overall productivity.

Maintain accurate documentation and technical records related to automation projects and system updates.

Support system integration activities and ensure smooth deployment of new solutions.

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to automation systems.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows and digital processes.

Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Good knowledge of automation and development tools such as SQL, Python, and Power BI.

At least 1 year of experience in a similar automation or development role.

Basic understanding of process analysis, workflow automation, and system optimization.

Ability to work effectively in an agile and fast paced environment.

Strong problem solving skills with a proactive and solution oriented approach.
