Role Purpose
The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse operations by handling inventory accurately, processing inbound and outbound goods, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
This role supports daily logistics workflows by meeting productivity targets, following quality standards, and contributing to the overall success of the distribution process.
Inbound & Outbound Operations
- Scan, receive, and process incoming/outgoing items as per established workflows and QC standards.
- Ensure accurate sorting, labeling, and verification of items before storage or dispatch.
Inventory Control & Accuracy
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements and report discrepancies immediately.
- Assist in periodic stock counts and follow proper inventory storage practices.
Performance & Quality Targets
- Meet daily productivity targets assigned by supervisors.
- Ensure work output complies with quality, accuracy, and operational standards.
Safety, Housekeeping & Compliance
- Follow all warehouse safety protocols and use proper handling techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace at all times.
- Comply with company policies, security procedures, and operational guidelines.
Requirements
- Minimum high school education or equivalent.
- Prior warehouse experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills (WMS knowledge is a plus).
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willing to work in any rotational shift as required.
