Responsibilities
- Lead and support implementation of Oracle Retail Planning solutions, including RAP and AIF modules.
- Participate in end to end project activities including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, development, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.
- Translate business planning requirements into scalable Oracle Retail Planning solutions.
- Work closely with business users, functional consultants, architects, and integration teams.
- Configure and customize RPAS applications to meet retailer specific planning requirements.
- Develop and maintain RPAS domains, measures, hierarchies, dimensions, rules, calculations, and workbooks.
- Perform RPAS coding, batch configuration, taskflow setup, workbook design, and performance optimization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve RPAS application issues, data inconsistencies, and performance bottlenecks.
- Implement and support Oracle Retail Analytics & Planning (RAP) solutions.
- Configure and support Oracle Retail AI Foundation (AIF) forecasting and predictive analytics capabilities.
- Design and support integrations between RAP, AIF, RPAS, Oracle Retail applications, ERP systems, and external data sources.
- Mentor junior consultants.
Requirements
- 10+ years of technical experience in RPAS coding and configuration, MFP and the new cloud versions
- Proven implementation experience in Retail Planning systems
- Experience in at least one Oracle Retail Cloud implementation involving RAP and AIF
- Strong hands on experience with Oracle Retail Analytics & Planning (RAP), Oracle Retail AI Foundation (AIF), Oracle Retail Predictive Application Server (RPAS), RPAS Configuration and Development, RPASCE (Cloud Edition) environments, Workbook design and configuration, Measures, dimensions, hierarchies, and rules development, Forecasting and planning processes, Batch execution and scheduling
- Good understanding of retail planning processes including Merchandise Financial Planning, Assortment Planning, Item Planning, Demand Forecasting, Replenishment Planning, Inventory Planning, Allocation and Merchandise Planning concepts
- Ability to bridge business requirements and technical solution design
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work independently and lead technical workstreams

Role Purpose
- We are seeking an experienced Oracle Retail Technical Consultant with strong implementation experience in Retail Planning solutions, including at least one cloud based implementation involving Oracle Retail Analytics & Planning (RAP) and Oracle Retail AI Foundation (AIF).
- The ideal candidate will possess deep techno functional expertise in Oracle Retail Planning applications, RPAS configurations, data integration, forecasting, and solution development to support enterprise retail planning and merchandising processes.

Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of technical experience in RPAS coding and configuration, MFP and the new cloud versions

- Strong experience in Oracle Retail Planning solutions and RPAS platform.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Oracle Retail ecosystem including Oracle Retail Merchandise Foundation Cloud Service (MFCS), Oracle Retail Pricing Cloud Service (RPCS), Oracle Retail Integration Cloud Services (RICS).
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, shell scripting, and cloud technologies.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
