- Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse personnel
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 8 years of warehouse experience
- At least 2 3 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role
- Experience in automotive spare parts industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem solving skills

Job Overview

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and housekeeping standards.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare warehouse performance reports and maintain operational documentation.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse personnel.
- Assist in implementing warehouse process improvements and cost saving initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of warehouse experience, including at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
- Experience in the automotive spare parts industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem solving skills.
