About the Role

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, probation, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities
- Prepare and maintain HR documents such as offer letters, employment contracts, warning letters, salary certificates, experience letters, and other employee correspondence
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all HR documentation is up to date
- Coordinate visa applications, renewals, cancellations, Emirates ID, medical appointments, and labor related documentation
- Handle attendance, leave records, employee files, and HR reporting
- Manage company administrative functions, including office documentation and record management
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth HR and administrative operations
- Liaise with government departments, service providers, and external agencies as required
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies
- Support payroll preparation by maintaining accurate employee data and records
- Handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and Administration within the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices
- Experience handling end to end HR processes independently
- Hands on experience with Dubai government portals
- Excellent documentation, drafting, and record management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
