We are seeking an experienced Inventory Controller with a strong background in auto parts and export business operations to join our team in the UAE. The role involves managing inventory levels, coordinating with teams, and handling export order processing and documentation.

Responsibilities
- Manage and control inventory levels for auto parts across warehouse and export operations
- Monitor stock movements, ensure accurate stock records, and conduct regular stock audits
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of goods
- Handle export order processing, documentation, and shipment coordination
- Maintain proper coding, labeling, and cataloging of spare parts
- Track slow moving and fast moving stock and support inventory optimization
- Ensure accurate system updates (ERP/WMS) for all stock transactions
- Support customs and export compliance requirements when needed
- Prepare inventory and stock reports for management review
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in inventory control (auto parts industry preferred)
- Strong knowledge of export operations and documentation
- Familiarity with truck/car spare parts inventory is an advantage
- Experience using ERP systems or inventory management software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle pressure in a fast paced trading/export environment
- Good communication and coordination skills
