Role Overview
The Junior Beverage Maker joins the kombucha production team in a warehouse environment.
The hands-on role covers preparation, fermentation, bottling, and quality control to maintain taste, cleanliness, and consistency.
The role is based in Dubai Investment Park, UAE.
Employment and Workplace
- The position is full-time.
- Work is performed in person at the warehouse.
- Transportation is provided to and from designated pick-up points.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily brewing and bottling of kombucha.
- Follow safety, cleanliness, and food handling procedures.
- Maintain accurate records for batch tracking, temperatures, and fermentation times.
- Clean and sanitise all equipment before and after use.
- Assist with packaging, labelling, and order preparation.
- Help load and unload deliveries and manage raw materials.
- Follow the head brewer's instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Assist with research and development batches when required.
