About the Role
The Junior Beverage Maker will join the kombucha production team in a warehouse environment.
The role involves preparing, fermenting, bottling, and maintaining quality control for kombucha products.
Location and Employment
- The role is based in Dubai Investment Park, UAE.
- The employment type is full-time.
- Work location is in person.
- Transportation is provided to and from designated pickup points.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily brewing and bottling of kombucha.
- Follow safety, cleanliness, and food-handling procedures.
- Maintain batch, temperature, and fermentation-time records.
- Clean and sanitize equipment before and after use.
- Assist with packaging, labelling, and order preparation.
- Load and unload deliveries and manage raw materials.
- Follow the head brewer's instructions and SOPs.
- Assist with R&D batches when required.
Requirements
- Previous F&B, kitchen, or food manufacturing experience is required.
- Food-handling knowledge and hygiene awareness are required.
