Role Overview
Booch Kombucha is seeking a creative, hands-on Content Creator to bring its brand to life across social media.
The role covers ideation, shooting, editing, scheduling, and performance tracking for content.
Work Arrangement
- This is a full-time hybrid role based in Dubai.
- The role includes time in the production facility, at events and markets, and remote work for editing and scheduling.
Content Production
- Conceptualize and create short-form video and photo content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Edit content to a high standard using mobile and desktop editing tools.
- Write captions, hooks, and copy that align with the Booch brand voice.
- Monitor trends and translate them into relevant, on-brand content.
Planning and Collaboration
- Plan and schedule content using Sendible or the company's social media management platform.
- Coordinate shoot days, including location, talent, props, and product.
- Collaborate with founders on campaigns, product launches, and activations.
- Track basic content performance and identify what is working.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience creating content for a brand or agency.
- Strong video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools.
- Experience scheduling and managing content through a social media tool.
- Ability to manage an independent workload without heavy direction.
Location and Equipment
- Candidates must be based in Dubai or able to commute.
- Candidates must have their own car.
Preferred Background
- Passion for food, wellness, or lifestyle brands is a plus.

Booch is a fast-growing UAE-rooted kombucha brand stocked in Spinneys, Union Co-op, and Kibsons.
The role offers creative ownership from day one rather than only executing another person's brief.
Compensation
- The listed pay is AED 1,500–AED 2,000 per month.
