The company is seeking a creative, driven, and reliable Social Media Executive focused on social media and content.
Location and Work Arrangement
- The role is based in Dubai, UAE, with preference for candidates near Dubai Investment Park or Al Rigga.
- The source states full-time employment and in-person work.
Social Media and Content
- Own and manage Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok platforms.
- Plan and schedule weekly content and engage with followers and messages.
- Capture and edit photo and video content at events, markets, and activations.
- Create Reels, Stories, carousel posts, and other social content.
Email and Event Marketing
- Create and send weekly newsletters using platforms such as Mailchimp or Flodesk.
- Build and maintain email lists, monitor open rates, and improve engagement.
- Support content capture and promotion before and after markets and partner events.
- Collaborate on seasonal campaigns, launches, and activations.
Brand Messaging
- Keep written content aligned with Booch's friendly, cheeky, clear, and on-brand voice.
- Draft product descriptions, blog headers, captions, and key messaging when required.
Required Qualifications
- Must live near Dubai Investment Park or Al Rigga, or be willing to relocate.
- Strong spoken and written English is required.
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing, social media, or content creation.
- Experience managing Instagram, TikTok, and newsletters.
Required Capabilities
- Skills in Canva, basic video-editing applications, and Instagram native tools.
- Confidence capturing content with an iPhone or DSLR.
- Willingness to learn, flexibility, openness to feedback, and strong attention to detail.
- Comfort working in a small, fast-paced team.
Bonus Qualifications
- Knowledge of kombucha or health and wellness products is a bonus.
- Previous FMCG, food and beverage, or startup experience is a bonus.
- Basic knowledge of analytics and ad performance, including Meta Ads and Instagram Insights, is a bonus.
