- Receive, handle, and store incoming products following clearance or local direct purchase
- Inspect all products received and ensure no products are damaged or missing
- Sort and store products in designated locations using FIFO/FEFO method
- Prepare custom kits and labels according to customer requirements
- Assist with monthly physical inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Prepare products for delivery in coordination with Driver and Driver Assistant
- Update data into NetSuite and manual record keeping systems
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
Requirements
- Experience in warehouse operations and inventory management
- Ability to use inventory management software (NetSuite preferred)
- Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO methods

Overview
- The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for receiving, storing, and organizing goods within the warehouse.
- They ensure accurate inventory management and assist in order fulfilment and shipping processes.
- The role also involves maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Responsibilities
- Receive, handle, and store incoming products following clearance or local direct purchase.
- Inspect all products received and ensure no products are damaged or missing.
- Communicate the status of incoming shipments to the Warehouse Coordinator.
- Sort and store products in designated locations using FIFO/FEFO method.
- Prepare custom kits and labels according to customer requirements.
- Assist with monthly physical inventory counts and report discrepancies.
- Regularly check product expiry dates and remove expired items.
- Dispose of expired items following instructions from the Line Manager.
- Report damaged or missing items to the Line Manager.
- Prepare products for delivery in coordination with the Driver and Driver Assistant.
- Verify that all packaged products match the correct quantity, type, and quality.
- Assist with loading and unloading of products.
