Responsibilities
- Type and submit first visit applications, job offers, contracts, and pre approvals with MOHRE
- Schedule staff medical tests and coordinate with departments
- Manage visa renewals and labor permit renewals before expiry
- Process cancellation requests for leavers
- Maintain database of passports and residence visas
- Respond to staff queries on visa, labor, and passport matters
Requirements
- Experience with MOHRE visa processing and renewals
- Knowledge of UAE immigration and labor rules
- Ability to coordinate medical tests and Emirates ID
- Proficiency in maintaining personnel records

Job Brief
- The incumbent is accountable for renewing the residency visas for existing employees and processing visas for new joiners. They are also responsible for ensuring all company documents, including license registration and Ejari are done efficiently.
Issuing New Visas
- Typing first visit (job offer, contract, pre approval)
- Submission of job offer and payment for approval with MOHRE
- Submission of contract with MOHRE
- Scheduling staff’s medical tests and coordinating with internal and external departments
- Ensure Emirates ID is received
Renewal of Visas
- Scheduling staff’s visas and medical tests
- Managing renewals of all Labor Permits as per Trade licenses
- Ensuring all visas, medical and labor permits are up to date and arranging renewals before expiry
Leavers
- Typing and submitting cancellation request with MOHRE
Immigration
- Follow up for regular updates on work and migration standards from government offices
- Collecting and providing periodical updates from government authorities on Labor and immigration rules
Queries
- Responding to staff queries on Visa/Labor/Passport related matters
- Assisting in answering general inquiries concerning labor and immigration matters
HR Administration
- Adhere to all Zahrawi Policies & Procedures
- Maintain records of personnel related data on paper and database
- Maintaining a database of all passports and residence visas
- Responsible for checking and collecting mail
- Timely filing of HR documents
- Representing the company at different offices like Airport Embassies, Police Station, Ministries/Municipalities
- Dealing promptly on general enquiries about PRO functions
