- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow safety and compliance procedures
- Basic computer skills for updating inventory systems, creating simple reports, and communicating via email or other platforms
- Ability to lift and move moderate loads, stand for extended periods, and work both independently and as part of a team

Role Description
- This is a part time Warehouse Assistant role based in Dubai, structured as a hybrid position with some tasks that can be completed from home.
- On site responsibilities include receiving, unpacking, and organizing goods; packing orders accurately; and maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment.
- The role involves monitoring stock levels, supporting inventory counts, and assisting with inventory control processes to ensure the availability of required supplies.

Qualifications

- Has experience or training in safe Forklift Operation or other material handling equipment (where licensing or certification is required).
- Provides effective Customer Service when coordinating with internal teams, logistics partners, or external stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow safety and compliance procedures in a warehouse environment.
- Basic computer skills for updating inventory systems, creating simple reports, and communicating via email or other platforms.

- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply management is an advantage; familiarity with healthcare or non profit settings is beneficial.
