Requirements
- Demonstrated skills in HR Management and Human Resources (HR), including day to day HR operations and record keeping.
- Experience with Benefits Administration and application of HR Policies in a professional setting.
- Ability to support Employee Relations, respond to employee inquiries, and maintain a respectful, inclusive work environment.
- Strong organizational, time management, and administrative skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment based in Abu Dhabi.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Role Description
- This is a part time HR Coordinator role based in Abu Dhabi with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work from home flexibility.
- The HR Coordinator will support day to day human resources operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding and offboarding, and coordinating HR documentation.
- The role involves supporting benefits administration, helping implement HR policies, and assisting in handling employee inquiries and basic employee relations matters.
- The HR Coordinator will also help organize HR initiatives, track HR metrics, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory guidelines.
- The position requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
