- Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and preparing correspondence and reports
- Organize documents, maintain records, handle expense reports, support board and committee meetings, and facilitate communication between leadership and internal or external stakeholders
- Assist in preparing presentations, drafting meeting agendas and minutes, and ensuring follow up on action items to support the society’s programs and initiatives
Requirements
- Strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills
- Solid Administrative Assistance skills, including organizing files and managing schedules
- Skills in preparing and processing Expense Reports and basic financial documentation
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with leadership, partners, and community members
- Relevant experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar support role
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., email, calendars, spreadsheets, document creation)
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Professional fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in nonprofit, healthcare, or social services environments is beneficial

Role Description
- This is a part time Executive Assistant role based in Abu Dhabi, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows a combination of on site and work from home days.
