Role Overview
Aqua is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to handle engineering products and warehouse operations.
The role requires minimum 3–5 years of warehouse operations experience, preferably in a similar industry.
Qualifications
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree is required.
- A valid forklift license is required.
- Candidates must be able to handle physical warehouse activities safely and work under operational pressure.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory handling, receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching is required.
- Microsoft Office knowledge, communication, and teamwork skills are required.
- The role requires freight estimation, dimensional weight, invoice, and percentage calculation abilities.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and warehouse procedures is required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct inbound quality assurance and quality control and outbound packing quality checks.
- Allocate bin locations, record received stock keeping units, and organize items in designated locations.
- Pack materials efficiently according to transport handling requirements.
- Load and offload materials to and from containers using warehouse equipment safely.
- Audit physical materials against system entries for incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Ensure documentation is issued before releasing or receiving shipments from Jebel Ali Free Zone.
- Inspect warehouse equipment for current status and compliance with safety guidelines.
- Manage petty cash and prepare shipment reports and serial number trackers.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,500–AED 5,000 per month.

- Work location is in person.
