Aqua is seeking a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support sales activities in the interior fit-out, construction, or technical services industry.
The role supports clients and the sales team from inquiry through order closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily sales activities with sales staff, clients, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Handle inquiries and prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documents.
- Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, payments, deliveries, and project requirements.
- Maintain records of leads, quotations, orders, and customer information.
- Coordinate with estimation, design, procurement, project, and finance teams.
- Assist with client presentations, submittals, and project documentation.
- Support existing-client follow-up and new business development activities.
- Track projects and maintain timely communication with clients.
- Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and management reports.
- Resolve customer queries with relevant departments.
- Maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, interior designers, and project stakeholders.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in sales coordination, administration, or sales support within interior fit-out, construction, MEP, technical services, or a related industry.
- Good knowledge of UAE construction and interior fit-out business processes.
- Strong communication, coordination, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and CRM or ERP systems.
- Ability to prepare professional quotations and sales documentation.
- UAE experience is preferred.
- A UAE driving license is an advantage.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000–AED 5,475.28 per month.
Work Location
- The work location is in person.
