Job Summary
Maintain gardens, landscaped areas, and outdoor spaces across managed properties.
Ensure outdoor areas remain clean, healthy, and presentable.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain lawns, plants, trees, flowers, and landscaped areas.
- Perform watering, pruning, trimming, planting, and fertilizing.
- Remove weeds, leaves, branches, and garden waste.
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of outdoor areas and green spaces.
- Identify and report plant diseases, pest issues, and irrigation problems.
- Safely operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment.
- Follow property maintenance schedules and supervisor instructions.
- Perform other gardening and landscaping duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Gardener, Landscaper, or in a similar role; property or facility management experience is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of plants, gardening, landscaping, and irrigation systems.
- Ability to operate basic gardening tools and equipment.
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors for extended periods.
- Good understanding of workplace health and safety practices.
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned maintenance tasks on schedule.
Pay
- AED 1,300–1,400 per month.
Work Location
- Work is performed in person.
