Wall painter / Spray Painter

Position Overview

Work Arrangement

• Full-time, site-based role in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
• Work location is in person and may involve outdoor construction or landscaping sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare walls and surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, filling, and applying primer.
• Apply emulsion, enamel, texture, and other paints with brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
• Operate spray guns, repair surface imperfections, and deliver smooth, even finishes.
• Mix and match paints, protect surrounding areas, and complete touch-up and corrective work.
• Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment.
• Follow project specifications, supervisor instructions, and HSE requirements.
• Maintain proper housekeeping at the work site.

Qualifications and Experience

• Previous experience as a Wall Painter or Spray Painter in construction, landscaping, maintenance, or related projects.
• Good knowledge of surface preparation and different painting techniques.
• Experience operating spray-painting equipment is preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors and at construction or landscaping sites.
• Two to five years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Physically fit and able to work as part of a team.

Key Skills

• Wall and surface preparation, brush and roller painting, and spray painting.
• Paint mixing, color matching, putty and primer application, and finishing work.
• Knowledge of painting tools and equipment, good workmanship, attention to detail, and site safety awareness.
