Responsibilities
- Own TikTok and social media presence by conceptualizing, scripting, and producing highly engaging, trend driven viral content
- Serve as a key brand representative by going LIVE on social platforms, engaging directly with the community, showing face, and answering audience questions in real time
- Shoot and slice own content using mobile and desktop editing software to ensure fast paced, high quality audio and visual hooks
- Identify, outreach, onboard, and manage relationships with external influencers and brand ambassadors across target European regions
- Monitor daily social media metrics (views, engagement, conversion, Live stream retention) to iterate and optimize content performance
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience working as a Social Media Executive, Content Creator, or Digital Media Specialist with a heavy focus on TikTok
- Experience in organizing events is required
- Must have an established comfort level being on camera, speaking clearly, and leading live streams
- Deep, hands on experience with mobile and desktop editing software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) specifically tailored to fast paced social algorithms
- Native speaker of Spanish, French, Italian, or Arabic, or candidates from English speaking countries with native/highly fluent language capabilities
- Must be an immediate joiner

Role Overview

- Video Editing & Post Production: Shoot and slice your own content. Use mobile and desktop editing software to ensure fast paced, high quality audio and visual hooks
- Influencer & Creator Management: Identify, outreach, onboard, and manage relationships with external influencers and brand ambassadors across target European regions
- Performance Tracking: Monitor daily social media metrics (views, engagement, conversion, Live stream retention) to iterate and optimize content performance
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience working as a Social Media Executive, Content Creator, or Digital Media Specialist with a heavy focus on TikTok. Experience in organizing events is required
- On Camera Confidence: Must have an established comfort level being on camera, speaking clearly, and leading live streams
- Technical Editing Skills: Deep, hands on experience with mobile and desktop editing software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) specifically tailored to fast paced social algorithms
- Language & Regional Profiles: Due to our target demographics, we are prioritizing candidates who are native speakers of Spanish, French, Italian, or Arabic, or candidates from English speaking countries with native/highly fluent language capabilities
- Availability: Must be an immediate joiner
