Role Overview
Generate new business, manage customer relationships, and support customer applications through completion.
The role combines sales activity, customer service, document handling, and internal coordination.
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate business opportunities through sales channels.
- Explain company products and services to potential customers.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Assess customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Achieve assigned monthly and individual sales targets.
- Follow up with leads, prospects, and existing clients.
- Collect and verify required customer documents.
- Ensure applications and files are complete and submitted on time.
- Communicate with customers throughout the application process.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth application processing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
