We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our sales team.
The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining customer relationships, promoting company products/services, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and identify potential customers.
- Promote and sell company products and services.
- Contact customers through calls, meetings, and other communication channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of customer information, sales activities, and follow-ups.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth processing of customer applications/orders.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Provide professional customer service and resolve customer queries effectively.
Requirements
- Previous sales experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
