Role Overview
The Sales Executive develops customer relationships, identifies financial or business needs, and promotes company products and services.
The role is responsible for achieving sales targets, providing customer service, and supporting long-term customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Generate new business through referrals, cold calling, and direct sales.
- Meet monthly sales and business targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
- Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to provide timely customer support.
