Role Overview
Data Entry Specialist role focused on managing, organizing, updating, and maintaining company data.
The position requires accuracy and comfort working with large Excel spreadsheets.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain data in Excel spreadsheets.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly Excel reports.
- Use formulas, filters, sorting, formatting, and Pivot Tables.
- Check for errors, duplicates, and missing information.
- Maintain employee and company records.
- Prepare attendance, sales, staff, and performance reports.
- Create basic charts and summaries when required.
- Protect confidential company and employee information.
- Coordinate with departments to collect and verify data.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and its formulas, filters, sorting, and Pivot Tables.
- Strong typing and data-entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle large Excel files and multiple records.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Minimum typing speed of 40–50 words per minute.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,000–AED 2,500 per month.
Workplace and Employment
- Work location: In person in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- Employment type: Full-time.
