The role may be performed as a waitress, waiter, or barista.
What You Will Do
- Provide warm, professional, and personalized service to every guest.
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and bakery items according to Yamanote standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the café and service areas.
- Ensure smooth daily operations and uphold the brand's reputation for excellence.
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver an unforgettable dining experience.
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience as a waiter, waitress, and/or barista in a premium café or restaurant.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and strong work ethic.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation and latte art is a plus.
