Role Overview
Join a Bakery and Café brand in Dubai as a creative, commercially driven, and experienced Marketing Manager.
Build brand awareness, increase customer traffic, support sales growth, and strengthen the brand across digital and traditional channels.
The role requires passion for food, hospitality, and brand building.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy and annual marketing calendar.
- Plan campaigns, promotions, and seasonal product launches.
- Manage social media, digital marketing, content creation, and online community engagement.
- Collaborate with Operations, Culinary, and Sales on promotional campaigns.
- Develop partnerships, collaborations, and influencer marketing initiatives.
- Manage advertising, public relations, events, and brand activations.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer insights.
- Manage the marketing budget and measure campaign performance and return on investment.
- Maintain consistent brand identity and communication across outlets and platforms.
- Support new store openings, catering, and other growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-6 years of marketing experience, preferably in restaurants, cafés, or hospitality.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content strategy.
- Experience managing marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project-management skills.
- Creative, proactive, and commercially minded.
- UAE or GCC market experience is an advantage.
