About the Role
CORE Life Hospitality is seeking a waitress to provide courteous, professional, and efficient service at ENCORE. The role requires 2 years of experience as a waiter or waitress, knowledge of POS systems, and flexibility to rotate within different F&B sub-departments.

Responsibilities
- Provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times, following ENCORE Standards of Performance
- Be entirely flexible and adapt to rotate within the different sub departments of the Food & Beverage Division
- Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Perform opening and closing procedures established for the place of work as assigned
- Have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all food and beverage items on the menu and the ability to recommend Food & Beverage combinations and upsell alternatives
- Provide a high standard of quality and efficient/friendly service as per Standard Operational Procedures
- Ensure that the place of work and surrounding area is kept clean and organized at all times
- Handle guest enquiries courteously and efficiently
- Assist in carrying out a monthly, quarterly, bi yearly, and yearly inventory of operating equipment
- Understand and adhere to all CORE’s policies including but not limited to CORE Code of Conduct
Requirements
- 2 years of experience as a waiter or waitress
- 1 year of experience with a POS system
- High school diploma; food safety training will be considered a plus
- Knowledge of bartending and mixology
- Adaptability and appreciation of diversity
- Accuracy and attention to detail

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES

REQUIREMENTS FOR ROLE

Pay
- SAR 2,500.00 SAR 3,000.00 per month
