Key Accountabilities & Activities

Division
- To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned
- To undertake any reasonable tasks and secondary duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- To perform opening and closing procedures established for the place of work as assigned.
- To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all food and beverage items on the menu and the
- ability to recommend Food & Beverage combinations and upsell alternatives.
- To provide a high standard of quality and efficient/friendly service as per Standard Operational Procedures
- To ensure that the place of work and surrounding area is kept clean and organized at all times
- To handle guest enquiries courteously and efficiently
- Assist in carrying out a monthly, quarterly, bi-yearly, and yearly inventory of operating equipment.
- Understand and adhere to all CORE’s policies including but not limited to CORE Code of Conduct
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience as a waiter or waitress
- 1 year of experience with a POS system
- High school diploma: food safety training will be considered a plus

- Knowledge of bartending and mixology
- Adaptability and appreciation of diversity

- Pay: ﷼2,500.00 - ﷼3,000.00 per month
